- Oil - 3 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 3
- Green Chilli 2
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Soya Chunks - 1/2 cup
- Other vegetables green peas, carrot, broccoli, bean etc - 1 cup
- Salt according to taste
- Red Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala
- Macaroni - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves
Recipe
- Take water in a pan and boil macaroni with a little salt and oil.
- Then wash it in cool water and keep it aside.
- Boil the chopped vegetable in different pan with salt.
- Till the time soak the soya chunks in water or boil them for just 5 min.
- Heat the oil in pan and add cumin and garlic.
- After garlic become a little brown add chopped green chilly and onion.
- After the onion become a little transparent add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly and garam masala.
- Just after mixing the masala in onion add tomato and mash and mix it well.
- Then add boiled macaroni and vegetables.
- Mix it well and then remove from heat.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot!!!
Tips
- Mix macaroni and vegetables carefully, without breaking the macaroni.
