Yummy Spicy Maggi Recipe - Indian Style

One of the kids favorite can be make more spicy with lots of masala and amazing yummy factors. Full of green vegetables make it more nutritious. Its a perfect breakfast or evening snack for people of every age. Even my Grandma love it very much especially made by me. So lets have a look at the ingredients and preparation of simple and easy Maggi! Maggi! Maggi!!!


Here I have the indian style recipe of yummy spicy Maggi serves 2. 


Ingredient

  • Oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 chopped
  • Green Chilies - 2
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Tomato - 1 chopped
  • Soya Chunks (optional)
  • Green Vegetables like beans, green peas, broccoli etc chopped
  • Salt according to taste
  • Garam masala
  • Red chilly powder
  • Maggi - 1 pack
Recipe
  • Take the pan and heat the oil.
  • Mean while keep the Soya chunks in water.
  • Add the chopped garlic, green chilies, onion and potato if you want.
  • Fry it till it gets transparent and then add salt to taste, red chili, a pinch turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala and Maggie taste maker.
  • Fry it for seconds and then add 2 cups of water.
  • Add all green vegetables, Soya chunks and Maggie.
  • Cover it for 10 minutes and delicious Maggie is been prepared.
Tips
  • After adding the masala fry for just seconds, it should not get over heated.
  • Use as many vegetables you want.
  • You can add chili sauce and soya sauce for a bit more twist to your very own Indian style Maggi recipe

  3. Now is a unique combination soya chunks with maggi, we can use Nutrela soya chunks for this great combo tasty and healthy too!! So if one craves to have tasty snack they can just add up the soya chunks..

It’s been a long time since my last post. I would love to start a fresh. When I was little the first recipe that I learnt was Poha, yes yes you heard it right and I accept that I love it.
