Fruit Custard Recipe

Custard a very healthy and loved by all sweet. Its easy to make and full of fruits. Here I have shared the recipe of fruit custard.
Ingredient

  • Milk - 16 ounce or 500 grams
  • Custard Powder - 2-3 table spoon
  • Sugar - 8 table spoon
  • Fruits - strawberry, orange, apple, pear, kiwi, papaya, banana etc
  • Nuts to garnish the dish - almond, walnut, raisins etc
Recipe
Steps to make a delicious fruit custard recipe:
  • Pour milk in a pan and heat it.
  • Take room temperature milk in a bowl with water, add 3 tbsp of custard and mix thoroughly. We do it to avoid lumps in the custard, if you put custard powder directly in the heated milk, you can see lumps in there.
  • Add this mixture in the milk and then stir the heating milk continuously.
  • Add the sugar and stir till the it mixes well.
  • Now let it cool down.
  • Chop the fruits and add them in the hot custard.
  • Put it in refrigerator.
  • After 2 hours serve.
  • And garnish your sweet dish with the nuts and cherries.
Fruit Custard Recipes Tips:
  • Do not add custard powder directly into heated milk, it will create lumps.
  • Avoid adding fruits which loses water like watermelon.
