- Milk - 350 grams
- Egg Yolk - 4
- Cubed Butter Stick - 1/2
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Wafers - 1 box
- Whipped Cream
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Flour - 6-7 tablespoon
- Salt - pinch
Recipe - How to make Banana Pudding?
- Heat a pan on low flame and mix flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
- Add the milk, mix it well and stir constantly. Till the mixture thicken.
- Beat the egg yolk, then add the small amount of prepared mixture.
- Then add the egg yolk mixture in the pan and heat it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now remove the pan from heat.
- Mix the butter and vanilla extract and stir well.
- Now cover the mixture and put it in refrigerator.
- After the mixture get cold, take a large bowl.
- Add layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then a layer of sliced bananas and then add the pudding.
- Add whipped cream and then again put the layer in same manner.
- Now its ready to Serve!!!
