Maggi Noodle Patties Recipe - Noodle Cutlet Recipe

Maggi Noodle patties is a simple and quick snack. My family just love to have it as evening snack. Very easily can be made and fun to eat. It is non vegetarian dish. Ingredients Used Maggi Noodles - 1 pk Egg - 1 Bread crumbs - 1 cup Corn Flour - 2-3 tbsp Onion - 1 chopped Garlic - 2-3 chopped Green Chilly - 2 chopped Green Vegetable like beans, carrot or broccoli Coriander Leaves Chaat Masala Garam Masala Salt to taste Turmeric Red Chilly to taste Preparation of this Maggi Noodle Patties is very easy and quick: Boil the water and cook the maggi noodle with out the taste makers. Take the cooked noodles in a bowl and mix it with the other ingredients and add just half of the bread crumbs. After that make small balls of the mixture and dip it in remaining bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a flat pan and put the cutlets on it. Heat it till the side become brown and then flip the noodle cutlet. Serve it hot with the ketchup and chutney.
