Banana Pudding Recipe

Banana pudding recipe is simple and mouth-watering. Dessert loved by all and filled with fruits and cream. Lets prepare for the pudding.
Ingredients:

  • Bananas - 5
  • Milk - 350 grams
  • Egg Yolk - 4
  • Cubed Butter Stick - 1/2
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Wafers - 1 box
  • Whipped Cream
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Flour - 6-7 tablespoon
  • Salt - pinch
Recipe - How to make Banana Pudding?
  • Heat a pan on low flame and mix flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
  • Add the milk, mix it well and stir constantly. Till the mixture thicken.
  • Beat the egg yolk, then add the small amount of prepared mixture.
  • Then add the egg yolk mixture in the pan and heat it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now remove the pan from heat.
  • Mix the butter and vanilla extract and stir well.
  • Now cover the mixture and put it in refrigerator.
  • After the mixture get cold, take a large bowl.
  • Add layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then a layer of sliced bananas and then add the pudding.
  • Add whipped cream and then again put the layer in same manner.
  • Now its ready to Serve!!!
